• Each business account can have maximum 6 ATM cards at the same time
• ATM card user - do not necessarily have to be account signer

HSBC ATM card

There's two types of ATM card for company account

1. Business ATM card
   • Suitable for authorized signer and no withdrawl limit required
   • Can issue only maximum 3 business ATM cards for the same company account
   • Can have access to company account information.
   • Can withdraw money at ATM machines without limit (daily withdrawl limit of bank still applies)
   • Can arrange deposit to account
2. Company ATM card
   • Suitable for company staff
   • Can withdraw money with limit set by director(s) (daily withdrawl limit of bank still applies)
   • Can arrange deposit to account

Application forms + documents required

• Business ATM card
  • HSBC - ATM CARD / TRIPLEACCESS ENROLMENT FORM (For Business Account)
  • Sign on page 3 by director (s)
• Company ATM card

  • Sign on page 4 by director (s)
• Also need to enclose a copy of passport or HKID for the new ATM card holder

Time required

• Once HSBC recieved original signed application, it will take around 4 working days to issue the ATM card
• Bank will arrange to send the card to the corresponding address in bank record
• If the corresponding address is in HK, then need to arrange collection by authorized signer (not the card holder, since card holder do not have signature record in bank)
