Register a company in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Company Formation
Hong Kong Company Incorporation procedure and required time
To own a Hong Kong Limited Company is no need to come to Hong Kong.
Firstly, please make a selection between :
  1. Tailor Made Company ;
  2. Ready Made Company (Shelf Company).
Hong Kong Tailor Made Company
STEP 1
Please prepare below information for company incorporation :
  • Company name;
  • 3 intended names in order of preference is recommend.
  • Shareholder and Director;
  • Such as name, nationality, % of shareholding
    and, Shareholder also can be Director.
  • Company Secretary;
  • If join our Company Secretary parking service, this information is no need to provide.
  • Registered Address.
  • If join our Registered Address parking service, this information is no need to provide.
Information is ready,   
STEP 2
We will prepare incorporation documents and send to you by email. Please arrange :
  • Pass the original signed documents back to us for processing, and
  • 50% fee as down payment and please provide us payment details.
STEP 3
When the Certificate of Incorporation (CI) is available, we will send you a copy by email immediately and you can use the company to enter into business transaction.
  • Please arrange to settle all service balance payment and provide us payment details.
When the whole set of company kit (green box) and processed documents are available. We will arrange to deliver completed company registration material to you.
REMARK
  • Whole process need about 8 working days if information collection and original signed documents can be arrange pass back to us in same day;
  • Without payment details can make incorporation process delay;
  • International courier fee is not included in our service fee;
  • We will send notices for company maintenance matter. Therefore, please ensure we have your latest correspondence contacts in record.

STEP 1

  • If join our Company Secretary parking service, this information is no need to provide.
  • Registered Address.
  • If join our Registered Address parking service, this information is no need to provide.
Information is ready,   
STEP 2
We will prepare documents and send to you by email. Please arrange :
  • Pass the original signed documents back to us for processing, and
  • Full payment is required and please provide us payment details.
STEP 3
When the Certificate of Incorporation (CI) is available, we will send you a copy by email immediately. And you can use the company to enter into business transaction.

And then we will arrange to deliver completed company registration material and processed documents to you.
REMARK
  • Whole process need about 4 working days;
  • Without payment details can make process delay;
  • International courier fee is not included yet in the standard service fee;
  • We will send notices for company maintenance matter.
