Why I need Document Certification?

Generally
  • Government record showing you're shareholder and director;
  • And also M&A showing you have complete power to manage the company.
Therefore
  • Extract from government record
    1. Go to The Cyber Search Centre of the Integrated Companies Registry Information System (ICRIS) ;
    2. Login as Un-registered user;
    3. [ Search ] and [ Image Record ], key in your company no. (can be found in the Certificate of Incorporation of your company);
    4. Then, you can see a list of documents filed in government;
    5. You can request extract of them by paying a fee.
       
  • We can help to arrange above at :
    1. Government fee;
    2. Plus handling fee HK$ 200 + international courier fee (please advise the address and phone no.).
       
  • HKCPA certified true copy
    1. We can provide certified true copy by HK$ 300 + international courier fee (please advise the address and phone no.).
       
  • Notarized document by notary public
    1. This is certification by HK notary public;
    2. The fee will be around HK$ 1,800 (subject to final quote from lawyer).
       
  • Apostille document by High Court
    1. This is ceritifcation by HK High Court;
    2. The fee will be around HK$ 2,800 (subject to final quote from lawyer).
