Signature by nominee director
Please feel free to send the document to us for signature :
  • Please send the blank document;
  • Also send another one with beneficiary owner signature - stating approving the doc and request nominee to sign on it - we treat this as authorization from you;
  • we'll charge service fee of from HK$ 300 to HK$ 500 plus courier fee;
Other option
  • A manager can also sign company business document - as long as this is approved by director - and definitely director will approve all signature of beneficiary owner (therefore, no need to seek advance approval);
  • A Power of Attorney can be arranged - so that a person (as long as approved by beneficiary) can get official and legal power from director - there will be fee of around HK$ 1,500 + courier fee;
