Attendence in HK bank account opening meeting
  • Minimum no. of directors to meet quorum needs to attend;
    • If only 1 director in company, 1 director needs to attend;
    • If 2 or more than 2 directors in company, 2 directors need to attend; (according to the Memorandum & Articles of the company)
  • All bank account signatories need to attend;
Documents to bring for bank account opening meeting
  • Those attending meeting
    • Original passport;
    • Residential address proof - any driver licence, telephone bill or bank statement showing address and name (not more than 3 months old);
  • Those shareholder and directors not attending meeting
    • certified true copy by banker / lawyer / CPA is required;
  • Business activity proof
    • any invoice, contract, website etc showing the business background;
  • Business plan
    • To help banker understand business nature, please fill in attached form. No need to sign. Just send back by email is fine. Thanks.

  • Certificate of Incumbency
    • For non-HK company;
    • Service fee of US$ 150 to apply.
