  1. Registered Capital : 
    • It should be depending on the feasibility study and 100,000 RMB at least.
    • 20% of registered capital should be arrived within first three month after the business license approved.
  2. The registered address : 
    • The restaurant should rent the location in 50 sq.m.at least.
    • The address should apply the licenses: Environmental evaluation report, fire protection license, sanitation approval license
  3. The special licenses
    • Food sales approval license
    • Alcohol drinking retail License
    • The employee should apply the health certificate
