Tax Policy
  • National favorable policy:
    • Free tax in the first 2 years and 7.5% in the next 3 years for the software enterprise VAT rate of software product produced by software producing company is 17% until the end of 2010.
      But self-produced software could enjoy a rebate of 3% of VAT.
  • Local policy
    • Software product produced by software enterprise can enjoy 7% rebate in the first 3 years and 3.5% rebate in the next 5 years of the profit tax(local part) while 5% rebate in the first 3 years and 2.5% rebate in the next 5 years of product operating income(local part), and 4% rebate in the first 3 years and 2% rebate in the next 5 years of the VAT(local part).
